Hi,
From what I understand, the Mal Waldron was rather released on Bethlehem (BCP 6045). But maybe it's something (a reissue?) that I don't understand... Do you confirm?

Thanks anyway. I'm on a hunt!
Cheers.

The Mal Waldron has certainly been issued on other labels, yes. It would have been a reissue, but I've never seen it, on ebay, or even a picture.

I'm thinking now that this is actually a different Mal Waldron album titled "Left Alone: Mal Waldron Live", and is an issue of this Phillips album:

Still haven't seen an image of it though.

The Liebman was also issued on Phillips so this makes sense.

I'm looking at my copy of "Left Alone" on West 54 licensed by Nippon Phonogram, recorded in Japan, manufactured in USA. WLW8010 is the spine number and is on the front. The cover is rather bland, purpleish with Mal smoking at a keyboard. Purchased in Toronto, listed at $10.98.

Interesting, I guess it was issued. Do you happen to be able to upload a scan of the covers or a rip maybe?

Unfortunately I cannot..sorry

I knew you were full of it ! :) Can't take a picture of it?

.said...Am unable to upload, but it really does exist in spite of your unusual comment.

You're right "Left Alone" does exist. And now I own it.
