This is one of those rare jazz albums from 1992, that might just qualify as one of the greatest jazz recordings ever. John Stubblefield is the featured soloist, the piano work from Eduardo Simon is extraordinary, drummer Victor Lewis leads two other percussionist as well as the great Cecil McBee on bass. Really amazing stuff. Released on the "Audioquest" label, which has since been renamed Sledgehammer Blues. Lame encoded vbr

Mccoy Tyner Discography Piratebay
McCoy Tyner was John Coltrane's pianist during his most creative period on Impulse! Records. Tyner's modal voicing in deep registers was deeply influential, especially his 1970s recording following Coltrane's death. Many of these albums featuring the Gary Bartz (alto), John Stubblefield (tenor), & Azar Lawrence (tenor), Dick Griffin (trombone)
